Middle Tennessee Ghost Chasers was started after a paranormal experience that Tommy Golden our Founder and President had in 1998. After this experience Tommy searched long and hard to find a group that assisted the client as well as the entity. The search was long and yield limited to no results. After researching on his own Tommy decided to form his own group 1999.

Many changes have come and gone from Middle Tennessee Ghost Chasers but one thing has never and will never change…helping people free of charge. Middle Tennessee Ghost Chasers has always been on the cutting edge of technology in the paranormal field and incorporates science as much as possible during investigations.

Middle Tennessee Ghost Chasers is first and foremost a research and education-oriented organization. Our goal is to help those who may be experiencing a haunting and wish to learn more about this phenomenon.

We do use mediums to assist with hot spot locations and EVP work. We have long researched the use of mediums and felt that to assist a client we needed to use every tool available. This is not limited to EMF Meters, DVR systems, digital and analog audio recorders, and other useful tools.

While some groups set up, investigate, and leave all in one night Middle Tennessee Ghost Chasers may opt to investigate multiple nights and even days depending on the activity reported.

We seek to prove or disprove claims of paranormal activity , but always look for logical explanations that could be cause for certain events. We do not believe in the use of seances or ouija boards as means to contact spirits. We try to stay completely objective in our investigations, and will admit to being one of the more
skeptical groups out there. We give you the facts related to your case and do not candy coat the results.
